About EZ

EZ Exterior Cleaning is locally owned and operated.  With over 25 years in the exterior cleaning industry owner, Ken Hood, or as his college friends know him "Big EZ", has established EZ Exterior Cleaning as one of the most reliable and professional exterior cleaning companies in South Florida. 

Ken was born in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. His family relocated to Melbourne Beach, FL in 1991.  He went on to receive his Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University.  Upon graduation he took a job offer that landed him in Naples, FL, and has called Naples home since then.  In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife, 2 young children, golfing, playing guitar, poker, traveling and enjoying all that Naples has to offer. 

EZ Exterior Cleaning is licensed and insured to handle all of your exterior residential or commercial cleaning needs. From a single residence to an entire community or even a corporate center, EZ Exterior Cleaning has you covered.

Each job no matter how big or small will always be handled meticulously.  While we our crews will always strive for 110%, if there is every something you are not satisfied with Ken is always a phone call or text away.  Exterior cleaning options are always evolving and changing, Ken will always take the time to educate each homeowner or board of directors on the different options/trends/fads in the cleaning industry and what pro's and con's each holds.  He believes that education and honesty is the key to building a strong relationship.  We look forward to being able to provide you with any or all of your exterior cleaning needs.
